消防安全管理是消防工作的重要环节,做好消防安全管理工作不但能够有效防控火灾,而且有利于更好地保障人民群众的生命财产安全。当前我国消防安全管理工作现状并不乐观,因此,有必要强化监管的模式和手段,并以此促进消防安全管理水平进一步提高。在介绍消防安全管理含义及影响因素的基础上,对我国消防安全管理现状进行分析,并从实践角度提出实施有效监管的具体策略,旨在进一步提高我国消防安全管理工作的成效。

Fire safety management is an important part of fire protection work.Doing a good job in fire safety management can not only effectively prevent and control fires,but also help to better protect the safety of people's lives and property.At present,the current situation of fire safety management in our country is not optimistic.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the mode and means of supervision,and thus promote the further improvement of the level of fire safety management.On the basis of introducing the meaning and influencing factors of fire safety management,the paper analyzes the current situation of fire safety management in our country,and puts forward specific strategies for implementing effective supervision from a practical point of view,hoping to further improve the effectiveness of fire safety management in our country.
