高层建筑消防安全问题及防火监督策略研究

Research on Fire Safety Problems and Fire Prevention and Supervision Strategies of High-rise Buildings

近年来,高层建筑建设规模不断扩大,逐渐适应了城市集中人口、缩小用地面积及降低城市建设投资的需求,但同时也加剧了高层建筑消防安全配套设施与高层建筑发展之间的矛盾。高层建筑一旦发生火灾事故,复杂的设备管线及大量生活用品会加大火灾荷载,由于建筑高度较高,在风荷载及电梯井、排烟管道等综合作用下火势蔓延速度急剧上升,人员疏散距离长、场外救援难度大等特点均会导致人员伤亡和财产损失。因此,结合工作经验及文献资料,深入探讨现阶段高层建筑所面临的消防安全问题,提出有效的防火策略,以期为相关工作的开展带来一定参考。

In recent years,the scale of high-rise building construction continues to expand,and gradually adapted to the urban concentration of population,reduce land area and reduce the demand for urban construction investment,but at the same time also exacerbated the contradiction between high-rise building fire safety facilities and the development of highrise buildings.Once a fire accident occurs in a high-rise building,complex equipment pipelines and a large number of household goods will increase the fire load,due to the high building height,in the wind load and elevator shafts,smoke ducts and other integrated role of the fire spread speed rises dramatically,the evacuation of personnel,long distance,the difficulty of off-site rescue,and other characteristics will lead to casualties and property damage.Therefore,combined with work experience and literature,in-depth discussion of the current stage of high-rise buildings facing fire safety issues,put forward effective fire prevention strategies,in order to bring a certain reference for the development of related work.
