在新的时代背景下,消防救援队伍的职责范围大幅拓展,任务量不断增加,已由“单一性”向“全灾种、大应急”发生深刻转变。勤务日益增多,情况复杂多变,如果不能增强灭火救援初战指挥行动的安全性,就容易出现事故。因此,通过分析灭火救援初战指挥行动存在的问题,从紧抓战机扑灭初期火灾、全力疏散抢救被困人员、积极应对初期救援救助、集中力量严控灾情恶化四个方面,对如何提升灭火救援初战指挥行动的安全性提出初步想法。
