改制转隶以来,“全灾种、大应急”职能任务拓展、交织叠加的致灾因素和复杂多变的救援场景,都对消防指挥中心的指挥调度理念、指挥调度方式、指挥调度体系等提出了迫切的革新要求。如何充分发挥大数据时代物联网、云计算、人工智能、区块链等技术优势,通过信息化、智能化手段提升消防指挥中心工作效能,成为摆在消防救援队伍面前的新课题。现在系统分析当前存在问题的基础上,探索建设智能消防指挥中心的路径方法。
