摘要
该文研究基于机载数据的国土资源动态监测,利用无人机低空遥感平台获取的高分辨率机载影像数据,制作重点监测地区的正射影像图(DOM)、全景影像等,采用人机交互解译法对无人机影像结合前后时相进行分类,形成动态监测成果。从机载数据在国土资源动态监管中的应用入手,针对不同场景下监测需求,研究建立基于机载数据的国土资源动态监测的应用框架,为实时、动态的国土资源精细化监管提供技术支撑,提升监管的科学性和时效性。
This paper studies the dynamic monitoring of land and resources based on airborne data,uses the high-resolution airborne image data obtained from the UAV low altitude remote sensing platform to produce the orthophoto map(DOM),panoramic image,etc.of key monitoring areas,and uses human-computer interaction interpretation to classify the time phases before and after the UAV image integration to form the dynamic monitoring results.Starting with the application of airborne data in the dynamic supervision of land and resources,and aiming at the monitoring needs in different scenarios,the application framework of dynamic monitoring of land and resources based on airborne data is studied and established to provide technical support for real-time and dynamic fine supervision of land and resources,and improve the scientificity and timeliness of supervision.
