桌面教学用五轴雕刻机结构设计与优化

摘要 针对现有五轴雕刻机专业性强、体积大、成本高、无法满足学校基础工程训练要求等问题,该文意图设计一款教学用五轴雕刻机,为学校基础工程训练提供教学器材,降低学校在这方面的成本,从而更好地培养高素质人才。通过ANSYS软件对机床各重要部件和床身整体进行有限元分析,使用Ansys Workbench对模型进行模态、谐响应分析和应力、应变计算。在保证共振不发生的前提下,优化应力、应变分布,实现机床模型优化。 In view of the problems of the strong professionalism,large volume,high cost,and inability to meet the requirements of school's basic engineering training of the existing five-axis engraving machine,this paper intends to design a five-axis engraving machine for educational proposes to provide teaching equipment for school's basic engineering training and reduce school's cost in this aspect,so as to better cultivate high-quality talents.ANSYS software is used to perform the finite element analysis of the key components and the entire bed of the machine tool,and Ansys Workbench is used to perform modal and harmonic response analysis and stress and strain calculations on the model.Under the premise of ensuring that resonance does not occur,the stress and strain distribution is optimized and the optimization of the machine tool model is realized.
