The expressway is important infrastructure,and its construction level directly affects regional economic development.Compared with ordinary highways,the construction environment of expressways is more complex,and the surrounding is often surrounded by mountains and rivers.Bridge and tunnel connection becomes an unavoidable part of the construction of expressways,and the construction quality of the connection directly affects the overall construction level and service life of the project.This paper focuses on the tunnel portal in the bridge-tunnel connection project and reviews the connection mode,construction characteristics and construction technology.
