Application Analysis of the Type Selection of Outdoor Gas Pipelines in Wet and Rainy Areas

随着能源供应的日趋完善,管道天然气在我国城市的覆盖面越来越广,普及应用范围不断增加,我国天然气用量也逐年递增,天然气工程涉及到居民的生活质量的提升与安全使用。从城市燃气行业各类用户端隐患排查中不难发现,燃气管道的老化也是当下最为普遍的问题,如何提高燃气输配的安全性、适用性、经济性、便捷性是今后仍需努力的方向。按照现行城镇燃气设计规范,就传统的聚乙烯塑料复合管、无缝钢管、镀锌管,以及近年来新兴的涂覆管、薄壁卡压管、不锈钢卡压管管道管材进行比对分析,探讨其各自的优缺点,如何结合当地气温、湿度环境选用合适的架空输气管道。

With the improvement of energy supply day by day,the coverage of natural gas pipelines in cities in China is more and more wide,and the scope of popularization and application is increasing,the consumption of natural gas in China is also increasing year by year,and the natural gas project involves the improvement of residents'quality of life and safety use.From the investigation of various hidden dangers of the user side in the urban gas industry,it is not difficult to find that the aging of gas pipelines is also the most common problem at present,and how to improve the safety,applicability,economy and convenience of gas transmission and distribution is the direction of future efforts.According to the current Code for Design of City Gas Engineering,this paper compares and analyzes the pipe materials of the traditional polyethylene plastic composite pipe,seamless steel pipe and galvanized pipe and the newly-emerging coated pipe,thin-walled trapped pipe and stainless steel trapped pipe,and discusses their respective advantages and disadvantages and how to choose the appropriate overhead gas pipeline in combination with the local temperature and humidity environment.
