摘要
在当今市场经济的不断发展与革新中,企业人力资源所发挥的优势日益显著。而在企业的人力资源工作中,以信息化为基础的人力资源系统发挥着不可或缺的优势。基于此,该文便对此系统的设计方案进行分析,包括企业人力资源系统的发展现状及其需求分析、企业人力资源系统的主要设计方案分析、企业人力资源系统设计的发展方向分析。希望通过此次的分析,可以为现代企业人力资源系统的良好设计、应用及其发展提供一定帮助。
In the continuous development and innovation of today's market economy,the advantages of human resources in enterprises are increasingly prominent.In the human resources work of enterprises,the human resources system based on information plays an indispensable role.Based on this,this paper analyzes the design scheme of this system,including the analysis of the development status and demand of the enterprise human resource system,the analysis of the main design scheme of the enterprise human resource system,and the analysis of the development direction of enterprise human resource system design.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some help for the good design,application and development of the modern enterprise human resources system.
