摘要 精准农业是当前农业发展的重要方向,机电一体化技术在实现精准农业的过程中起着关键作用。该文以玉米精密播种机的设计为例,探讨了基于机电一体化技术的精准农业机械设计,对精密播种机的工作原理和功能需求进行了分析,并结合现有机电一体化技术和农业机械设计原理,提出了一种基于机电一体化的玉米精密播种机设计方案,通过传感器、执行器和控制系统的协同作用,实现了对播种深度、行距和种子数量等参数的精确控制,提高了播种的准确性和效率。田间试验结果表明,该玉米精密播种机在播种效果和操作便捷性方面明显优于传统的播种机。 Precision agriculture is an important direction of current agricultural development,and mechatronics technology plays a key role in realizing precision agriculture.This study explores the design of precision agricultural machinery based on mechatronics technology by taking the design of corn precision planter as an example,analyzes the working principle and functional requirements of the precision planter,and combines the existing mechatronics technology and the principles of agricultural machinery design to put forward a mechatronics-based design scheme for the corn precision planter,and through the synergistic effect of the sensors,actuators,and the control system The precise control of parameters such as sowing depth,row spacing and seed quantity is realized,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of sowing.The results of field tests show that this corn precision planter is significantly better than the traditional planter in terms of seeding effect and operation convenience.
