Discussion on the Application of Automation Technology in Mechanical Design

自动化技术近年来在机械设计中得到广泛应用,在提高生产效率、减少成本、提高生产质量、保障安全等方面起到了重要作用,目前在机械设计及制造自动化、机器人技术的应用、物联网技术的应用及虚拟现实技术中得到了广泛的应用。基于自动化技术在机械设计中不同应用场景,总结出目前自动化的发展现状,并针对自动化技术发展存在的限制条件提出未来发展趋势。研究结果可以为相关机械工作人员提供理论借鉴与发展参考。

Automation technology is an important technology that has been widely used in mechanical design in recent years.It can improve production efficiency,reduce costs,improve production quality and guarantee safety,etc.It plays an important role and is currently widely used in mechanical design and manufacturing automation,application of robotics,application of Internet of Things technology and virtual reality technology.Based on the different application scenarios of automation technology in mechanical design,this study summarizes the current development status of automation and proposes future development trends for the limitations of automation technology development.The research results can provide theoretical reference and development reference for relevant mechanical workers.
