摘要
数控铣床加工是利用数控技术控制铣床进行精密切削加工的过程,与传统手动铣床加工相比,数控铣床加工具有高效率、高精度、高重复性、低劳动强度等优点。首先,介绍了多面零件的概念和分类,讨论了数控铣床加工多面零件的一般方法,包括工件装夹、刀具选择、切削参数确定等。其次,阐述了数控编程的基本原理和编程方法,包括手动编程和CAM软件自动生成程序的方式。最后,分析了数控铣床加工多面零件中可能遇到的问题和解决方法,包括刀具干涉、加工误差等。研究结果旨在为相关学者提供数控铣床加工多面零件的基本原理和方法。
CNC milling machine processing is the use of CNC technology control milling machine for precision cutting process,compared with the traditional manual milling machine processing,CNC milling machine processing has high efficiency,high precision,high repeatability,low labor intensity and other advantages.Firstly,the concept and classification of multi-sided parts are introduced,and the general methods of CNC mirror bed processing multi-sided parts are discussed,including workpiece assembly,tool selection,cutting data determination,etc.Secondly,the basic principles and programming methods of NC programming are expounded,including manual programming and CAM software automatic program generation methods.Finally,the problems and solutions that may be encountered in the processing of multi-sided parts by CNC milling machine are analyzed,including tool interference and machining error.The research results are all in providing relevant scholars with the basic principles and methods of CNC milling machine processing multi-faceted parts.
