基于数据挖掘探讨气虚血瘀证心绞痛的用药规律

Study on Medication Law of Angina Pectoris with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨气虚血瘀证心绞痛的用药规律。方法:以(“心绞痛”or“胸痹”)and“气虚血瘀”and(“中医药”or“中药”or“中医”)为主题词搜索中国知网(CNKI),整理治疗气虚血瘀证心绞痛的中药方剂,利用古今医案云平台进行数据挖掘,包括方中使用药物的用药频次、药物性味、药物归经、药物组合、关联规则、复杂网络及聚类分析。结果:①纳入220篇文献,包含140首方,共计173味药;②药物味甘者应用最多,味辛者次之;四气以温性为主,归经多入肝、脾、心三经;③用药频次居于前10的药物为:黄芪、川芎、丹参、当归、赤芍、红花、党参、三七、桃仁、炙甘草;④关联分析得到9对核心药对,分别为川芎-黄芪、当归-黄芪、丹参-黄芪、当归-川芎、赤芍-黄芪、赤芍-川芎、红花-黄芪、红花-川芎、党参-黄芪,其中川芎-黄芪频率最高;⑤复杂网络及聚类分析得出桃红四物汤合当归补血汤的化裁方。结论:临床上应用补气药、活血化瘀药,灵活配伍清热药、补血药等治疗心绞痛气虚血瘀证可显著提高疗效。

Objective To explore the medication Law of angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Searching CNKI with the subject words(“angina”or“chest stuffiness”)and“qi deficiency and blood stasis”and“Chinese Medicine”,data mining based on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,including the frequency of drug use,drug flavor,drug channel,drug combination,association rules,complex network and cluster analysis.Results①220 literatures are included,including 140 prescriptions,173 herbs in total.②The drugs with sweet taste were used most,the drugs with pungent taste were followed.③The top 10 drugs were radix Astragali,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix angelicae sinensis,radix paeoniae Rubra,Radix codonopsis,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Notoginseng,semen persicae,radix glycyrrhizae.④Through correlation analysis,9 pairs of core drug pairs were obtained,which were Ligusticum chuanxiong-huangqi,Angelica sinensis-huangqi,Salvia miltiorrhiza-huangqi,danggui-chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae rubra-huangqi,Radix Paeoniae rubra-chuanxiong,safflower-huangqi,Radix codonopsis-huangqi,the frequency of Ligusticum chuanxiong-radix Astragali was the highest.⑤The complex network and cluster analysis can be used to get the formula of Taohong Siwu decoction and Danggui Buxue decoction.Conclusion The clinical application of qi-invigorating drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,flexible compatibility with heat-clearing drugs,blood-enriching drugs can significantly improve the curative effect of Angina Pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
