慕课背景下流行病学混合式教学满意度调查及效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解医学生对流行病学实施混合式教学的满意度及学习效果,为有针对性地开展流行病学教学改革提供依据。方法2020年9—11月,采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取某医学院校临床医学专业2个班共289名作为研究对象,随机分为混合式教学班(n=141)和普通教学班(n=148),混合式教学班采用以慕课为基础的案例教学与翻转课堂相结合的教学方法,普通教学班采用传统教学方法,比较两组的教学效果。结果混合式教学班学生期末总成绩、平时成绩均优于普通教学班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两个班级在基础知识的掌握程度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实际解决问题与科研设计能力方面,混合式教学班明显优于普通教学班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。混合式教学班学生在提高分析解决问题能力、科研设计能力、自主学习能力及课程兴趣方面满意度较高。结论可适当开展混合式教学,其教学效果为学生所认可。 Objective To understand the medical students'satisfaction and learning effect of the blended learning in epidemiology and to provide the basis for reforming epidemiology teaching.Methods From September to November 2020,a random cluster sampling method was used to select two classes(n=289)of clinical medicine majors from a certain medical university as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a blended learning class(n=141)and a regular teaching class(n=148).The blended learning class used a combination of MOOC based case teaching and flipped classroom teaching methods,while the regular teaching class used traditional teaching methods,the teaching effects of the two groups was compared.Results The total final and daily grades of students in the blended learning class were better than those in the regular teaching class,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the mastery of basic knowledge between the two classes(P>0.05).In terms of practical problem-solving and scientific research design abilities,the blended learning class was significantly better than the regular teaching class,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The students in the blended learning class are highly satisfied with improving their ability to analyze and solve problems,research and design,self-directed learning,and course interest.Conclusion Blended learning can be applied in epidemiology course and its teaching effect is recognized by students.
