以服务社会为载体推进课程思政在医学教育中的发展

Promoting the Development of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Medical Education With Serving the Society as the Carrier

当前我国高度重视并全面推进课程思政建设,课程思政与医学教育的有机融合对培育中国未来医务工作者有着重大作用。借鉴以美国为代表的西方服务理念和志愿者活动经验,将服务社会理念引入我国医学教育中,符合医学生职业发展特点,其中所蕴含的人文精神也契合“三全”育人教育理念,能够推进课程思政建设发展。无论在教育教学改革方面还是在具体学习过程中,以及学生实践效果反馈方面,服务社会理念都体现出在医学教育中的诸多优势。因此,以服务社会理念为载体开展医学教育,既具有可行性,医学院校可以结合各门课程特点尝试将服务社会理念融入教学环节,打造线上线下联动的混合式实践课程,从而深化教学改革,同时也能够推进课程思政完成立德树人的教育目标。

Currently,China attaches great importance to and comprehensively promotes the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.The organic integration of curriculum ideology and medical education plays a significant role in cultivating future medical workers in China.Drawing on the Western service philosophy and volunteer activity experience represented by the United States,introducing the concept of serving society into medical education in China is in line with the characteristics of medical students'career development.The humanistic spirit contained in it also aligns with the"three comprehensive"education concept,which can promote the development of curriculum ideological and political construction.The concept of serving society has many advantages in medical education,whether in terms of educational reform,specific learning processes,and feedback on students'practical effects.Therefore,carrying out medical education with the concept of serving society as the carrier is feasible.Medical colleges can combine the characteristics of each course to try to integrate the concept of serving society into the teaching process,create a hybrid practical course that combines online and offline linkage,deepen teaching reform,and also promote the ideological and political education of the course to achieve the educational goal of cultivating morality and talents.
