课程思政与内科教学的融合探索

Exploration on the Integration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education and Internal Medicine Teaching

内科学是临床医学中极其重要的课程,也是其他临床课程的基础。其涵盖面广,整体性强,课程内容更是为临床理论和实践提供了诸多指导。一名新时代的优秀医生,不仅要具有扎实的理论基础,熟练临床技能,也应该具备良好的职业素养和医学使命感。文章探讨在医学生的教育过程中,改变以往只重视专业知识传授而忽视其中隐藏的思政资源的教学方式,通过挖掘内科学的思政元素,整理归纳身边的思政素材,介绍笔者所在医院诺贝尔实验室,培养科研精神。介绍安宁病房,培养人文精神。缅怀器官捐献者,培养大爱精神。介绍中山大学学子对于触电工人的成功心肺复苏,培养专业兴趣,激发学习热情。并通过创新课堂教学形式,发挥教师的主导作用等多种途径对内科教学中的思想政治资源充分挖掘,让专业知识教育与思政教育同步进行,促成知识传递和思想引导有机统一。

Internal medicine is an important course in clinical medicine and the basis of other clinical courses.It covers a wide range of areas and has a strong integrity.The course content provides a lot of guidance for clinical theory and practice.An excellent doctor in the new era should not only have a solid theoretical foundation,master skilled clinical skills,but also have good professional quality and a sense of medical mission.This article discusses how to change the teaching method that only pays attention to the teaching of professional knowledge and ignores the hidden ideological and political resources in the past in the process of medical students'education.By digging out the ideological and political elements of internal medicine,sorting out and summing up the ideological and political materials around,the author introduces the Nobel Laboratory in the hospital and cultivates the spirit of scientific research,introduces hospice ward and cultivate humanistic spirit,cherishes the memory of organ donors and cultivates the spirit of great love.This article introduces the successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the students of Sun Yat sen University for electric shock workers,cultivating their professional interest and stimulating their enthusiasm for learning.In addition,we should fully tap the ideological and political resources in internal medicine teaching through various ways such as innovating classroom teaching forms,giving play to the leading role of teachers,so that professional knowledge education and ideological and political education can be carried out simultaneously,and promote the organic unity of knowledge transmission and ideological guidance.
