翻转课堂联合小组内拼图教学法在急救技能教学中的应用

摘要 目的探究翻转课堂联合小组内拼图教学法在急救技能实践教学中的可行性及其教学效果。方法2021年3月—2021年5月,将42名在2021年春季学期选修《生活中的急救:基本常识与技能》的四川大学本科学生随机分为试验组(n=21)和对照组(n=21),分别采用翻转课堂联合小组内拼图教学法与传统技能教学法,通过考核和问卷调查,比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,试验组和对照组预习线上教学视频的时间与学生自评成绩,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组学生通过线上教学视频对技能操作不同考核条目的掌握程度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。就教学满意度而言,试验组和对照组均认为线下培训对其胸外按压、人工通气、AED使用、心肺复苏流程掌握程度的影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合小组内拼图教学法在急救技能实践教学中的应用是可行的,可以显著提高学生对技能操作要点的把握程度。 Objective To explore the feasibility and teaching effect of flipped classroom combined with in-group Jigsaw teaching method in first-aid skill operation course.Methods A total of 42 undergraduates of Sichuan University who took first aid in life:basic knowledge and skills in spring semester of 2021(from March 2021 to May 2021)were divided randomly into experimental group and control group.The former was taught in flipped classroom combined with in-group Jigsaw teaching method,while the latter was taught with traditional teaching method.Then the teaching effect was compared by skill assessment.Results The skill assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the time spent previewing online teaching videos and the students'self-evaluation scores(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of students in their mastery of different assessment items for skill operations through online teaching videos.In terms of teaching satisfaction,both the experimental group and the control group believed that offline training had no statistically significant impact on their mastery of chest compressions,artificial ventilation,AED use,and cardiopulmonary resuscitation processes(P>0.05).Conclusion It is feasible for flipped classroom combined with in-group Jigsaw teaching method applied in first-aid skill operation course.The novel teaching method can observably improve students’mastery degree towards the essence of skill operation.
