TBL教学法在骨科见习生临床专科查体教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法在骨科见习生临床专科查体教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—4月浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科见习的38名见习生作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各19名,分别采用以授课为基础的教学(lecture-based leaning,LBL)和TBL教学法,比较两种教学法在骨科专科查体教学中的优劣。结果试验组学生理论考试成绩为(85.42±7.75)分,临床技能成绩为(92.68±3.25)分,均优于对照组,且试验组对教学的整体满意度为(4.63±0.60)分,高于对照组的(3.74±0.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示试验组学生在学习效率、临床实践能力、团队合作能力、自主学习能力、临床思维能力等方面均优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于TBL的骨科见习生临床专科查体教学方式可调动医学生的积极性,提升其骨科理论和技能水平以及教学满意度,优于传统教学。 Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning(TBL)in physical examination teaching of orthopedic interns.Methods A total of 38 orthopedic interns who came to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,19 interns in each group.They adopted lecturebased leaning(LBL)and TBL teaching methods,respectively.The advantages and disadvantages of two teaching methods in physical examination teaching of orthopedics specialty were compared.Results The theoretical test scores and clinical skill scores of the experimental group were(85.42±7.75)points and(92.68±3.25)points,both of which were significantly better than those of the control group,and the overall satisfaction with teaching of the experimental group was(4.63±0.60)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(3.74±0.99)poin t s],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group were superior to the students in the control group in terms of learning efficiency,clinical practice ability,teamwork ability,independent learning ability and clinical thinking ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL based clinical physical examination teaching method can arouse the enthusiasm of medical students,improve their orthopaedic theory and skill level and teaching satisfaction,which is superior to traditional teaching.
