摘要
目的探讨病理学技术教学采用基于翻转课堂的多元化教学模式的效果。方法选取2020年9—12月在遵义医科大学接受病理学技术教学的30名研究生作为对照组,采用常规教学模式;选取2021年9—12月在遵义医科大学接受病理学技术教学的共计30名研究生作为观察组,采用基于翻转课堂的多元化教学模式。对两组教学成绩、学生学习兴趣、批判性思维能力及教学满意度进行比较。结果观察组理论知识、操作能力得分较对照组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后两组学习兴趣评分均提高,观察组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后两组中文版批判性思维能力测量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)评分均提高,观察组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(80.00%)比较,观察组(100%)教学满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于翻转课堂的多元化教学应用于病理学技术教学中,能够提高教学成绩,激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生批判性思维能力增强,提高教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of diversified teaching methods based on flipped classroom in pathological techniques teaching.Methods A total of 30 graduate students who received pathological techniques teaching in Zunyi Medical University from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.A total of 30 graduate students who received pathological techniques teaching in Zunyi Medical University from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The diversified teaching mode based on flipped classroom was adopted.The teaching results,students'learning interest,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the learning interest scores of both groups increased,and the observation group scored higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the two critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)improved,and the observation group had a higher score than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.00%),the observation group(100%)showed higher satisfaction with teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching based on flipped classroom in pathological techniques teaching can improve teaching results,stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance students'critical thinking ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.
