摘要
近年来出现的BOPPPS(bridge in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary)联合基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在线上教学中得到应用。如今为更好地推进小儿外科学在儿科专业本科生教学中的改革,提高学生学习积极性、课堂参与度,更好地联系理论与实践,提升本科生个人综合能力,并能够及时改进教学内容。研究计划采用线上线下并行的BOPPPS联合PBL教学法进行教学。文章针对该模式在小儿外科教学中的大致设计思路、可行性、适用性、应用价值等方面进行思考阐述,并以小儿外科学中肾积水一节为例进行课堂设计模拟,认为该模式对儿科学本科生的教学有着很好的实用性和适用性,能切实提升学生的参与度和个人综合能力,同时鉴于该教学模式在其他专业有不错的教学效果,相信在小儿外科学及其他临床专业课程的教学中能够获得较好的成果。
In recent years,the BOPPPS combined with PBL teaching method has been applied in online teaching,and now the offline teaching is back to normal.In order to better promote the reform of pediatric surgery in pediatric undergraduate teaching,promote students'learning enthusiasm,improve participation,connect theory with practice,and improve the individual comprehensive ability of undergraduate medical students,timely feedback to improve the teaching content.The research plan adopts both online and offline BOPPPS combined with PBL teaching method for teaching.In this paper,the general design idea,feasibility,applicability,application value and other aspects of this model in pediatric surgery teaching are discussed and elaborated.In addition,the class design simulation is carried out by taking hydronephrosis in pediatric surgery as an example.It is believed that this model has good practicability and applicability for pediatric science undergraduate teaching,and can effectively improve students'participation and individual comprehensive ability.At the same time,considering that this innovative teaching mode has good teaching effect in other specialties,authors believe that it can obtain better results in the teaching of pediatric surgery and other clinical specialties.
