基于角色扮演的医学生医患沟通双语教学模式分析

摘要 目的医患沟通是医学教育中的一项重点内容,关系到治疗是否能顺利开展。在医患沟通双语教学中,探讨应用角色扮演的教学效果,以提高教学质量。方法选取2018年9月—2020年8月入学的80名医学生作为研究对象,均为重庆医科大学临床医学专业,在医患沟通双语教学中采用给予角色扮演的教学模式,自制调查问卷对教学后的效果进行分析。结果共发放80份调查问卷,入学时间包括2018、2019和2020年,全部回收。其中,60.0%的学生存在沟通问题。根据问卷调查可知,2018级26.7%、2019级40.0%和2020级65.0%的医学生参与过医患沟通课程;2018级60.0%、2019级30.0%和2020级20.0%的医学生认为学习到了新的知识;2018级93.3%、2019级40.0%和2020级40.0%的医学生认为课程有启发性;2018级43.3%、2019级83.3%和2020级70.0%的医学生认为课程没有缺点。不同年级医学生在以上方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医患沟通双语教学是医学生必须重视的教学内容,应用角色扮演教学模式,可提高教学效果,实现国际接轨的要求,帮助学生打开国际视野,获得了医学生的广泛认可,是一项行之有效的教学方法。 Objective Doctor-patient communication is an important content in medical education,which is related to the smooth development of treatment.In the bilingual teaching of doctor-patient communication,this paper discusses the teaching effect of role-playing in order to improve the teaching quality.Methods A total of 80 medical students enrolled from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,all of whom were clinical medicine majors in Chongqing Medical University.The teaching mode of role-playing was adopted in the bilingual teaching of doctor-patient communication,and a self-made questionnaire was made to analyze the effect after teaching.Results A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed.The admission time included grade 2018,grade 2019 and grade 2020,all of which were recovered.Among them,60.0%of the students had communication problems.According to the questionnaire survey,26.7%of grade 2018,40.0%of grade 2019 and 65.0%of grade 2020 medical students participated in doctor-patient communication courses.60.0%of the medical students of grade 2018,30.0%of grade 2019 and 20.0%of grade 2020 thought that they had learned new knowledge.93.3%of grade 2018,40.0%of grade 2019 and 40.0%of grade 2020 medical students found the course enlightening.43.3%of grade 2018 medical students,83.3%of grade 2019 medical students and 70%of grade 2020 medical students found no shortcomings in the curriculum.There were significant differences in the above aspects among medical students of different grades(P<0.05).Conclusion The bilingual teaching of doctor-patient communication is the teaching content that medical students must pay attention to.The application of role-playing teaching mode can improve the teaching effect,meet the requirements of international standards,help students open their international vision and obtain the wide recognition of medical students.
