摘要
病理学在临床医学中占有不可替代的位置。为了提高学生的自主学习能力,更好地培养他们的临床逻辑思维能力,笔者将基于小规模限制性在线课程(small private online courses,SPOC)的线上线下混合的教学方法应用于本科生的病理学课程中。基于SPOC的线上线下混合式教学包括多个过程:明确教学大纲和教学目标,设计教学方法,撰写教学方案和讲稿,安排课前、课堂和课后内容,单元作业与测验,阶段性考试,分析教学效果等。实践表明,通过课前发布预习任务点,可有效地推动学生自主预习从而提升他们掌握基础知识的能力;在课堂通过讲解重点难点知识和经典病例讨论,将病理学基础知识、临床实际问题及医学前沿研究紧密结合,引导学生提升理论知识联系临床实际的能力;通过课后扩展阅读和师生讨论等,引导学生及时复习以清扫知识盲点,提升学生综合分析问题的能力。基于SPOC的线上线下混合式教学模式提高了本科生病理学的教学质量。
Pathology plays an irreplaceable role in clinical medicine.In order to improve autonomous learning ability of students and better cultivate their ability of clinical logical thinking,the online and offline mixed teaching mode based on small private online courses(SPOC)is applied in pathology courses.It contains several processes,including defining the syllabus and teaching objectives,designing teaching methods,writing teaching plans and lecture notes,arranging pre class,classroom and post class contents,unit tests,and analyzing teaching effects.The results reveal that it will promote autonomous learning through mission distribution.Additionally,through discussing the clinical cases,emphasizing the key and difficult points in the classroom,it will combine the basic knowledge of pathology,clinical practical problems and scientific frontiers,improving the ability of integrating theoretical knowledge with clinical practice.Moreover,through extended reading and case discussion after class,it will improve the ability of comprehensively analyzing problems.The mixed teaching mode based on SPOC improves the teaching quality of pathology.
