基于雨课堂的混合式教学在中医骨伤科学教学中的应用效果分析

Effects of mixed teaching based on Rain Classroom in the course Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology

摘要 目的探讨基于“雨课堂”线上、线下相结合的混合式教学在中医骨伤科学教学中的应用效果,与以课堂讲授为主的传统教学方式比较两者的差异性。方法选择甘肃中医药大学2018级中医骨伤科学学习的80名五年制医学生作为研究对象。采用随机分组法,分为试验组40人,对照组40人,试验组应用基于“雨课堂”线上、线下相结合的混合式教学方式,对照组采用以课堂讲授为主的传统授课方式。完成教学后,通过提问、实训、期中期末考试、总评成绩和学生对教学满意度调查的形式比较两组教学效果,并进行统计分析。结果试验组学生提问、实训、期中期末考试、总评成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对教学方式的满意度,试验组学生明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“雨课堂”线上、线下相结合的混合式教学模式应用于中医骨伤科学教学中,不仅使学生全面且扎实地掌握专业知识,而且能激发学生的学习兴趣,培养自主学习能力,有效提高学习成绩与教学质量。 Objective To explore the effects of mixed online and offline teaching using Rain Classroom,a new type of smart toolbox for teaching,jointly developed by Tsinghua University and XuetangX,in teaching the course Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology,and compare its effects with those of traditional lecturing⁃based classroom teaching.Methods Eighty five⁃year students of the Class of 2023 were selected as research subjects who took the course in Gansu University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group with 40 members in each.Then the two groups were taught using mixed teaching based on Rain Classroom and traditional ways of teaching respectively.In the end,teaching effects of the two groups were assessed and compared by means of statistical analysis in terms of the grades they obtained for questions,practical training,mid⁃term and final exams,and the whole course and based on a survey on their satisfaction with the teaching.Results The experimental group scored higher for questions,practical training,mid⁃term and final exams,and the whole course than the control group with statistically significant difference(P<005).The former was also more satisfied with the teaching method than the latter with statistically significant difference(P<005).Conclusion Such mixed teaching applied in the course Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology cannot only empower students to gain professional knowledge in a solid,comprehensive and profound way,but also stimulate their interest in learning,cultivate their self⁃learning ability,and effectively improve their academic performance and teaching quality.
