中西医结合心肺康复单元建设初步构想与思考

Preliminary conception and thinking on the construction of integrative medical cardiopulmonary rehabilitation unit

随着心脏康复和肺康复的理论与技术不断发展,心肺康复已经成为改善患者心肺功能、提高活动能力和生活质量的重要手段。中医康复历史悠久,具有简、便、验、廉特点,强调杂合而治。在临床工作中,可以充分发挥中医药在疾病康复中的作用,结合心肺康复技术,融入康复单元管理模式,将中医药、针灸、推拿、耳穴压豆、中医传统功法等中医传统康复方法与现代心肺康复技术有机结合,构建以患者为核心、中医特色鲜明的中西医结合心肺康复单元。本文浅谈建设中西医结合心肺康复单元的初步构想,阐述其定义与特点、布局设置及人员要求和工作模式,并对其发展方向进行展望和思考,探索有利于发挥中医药优势的康复服务模式,优化流程,强化质量管理,更好地为广大人民群众的健康保驾护航。

With the development of rehabilitation,cardiopulmonary rehabilitation has become an important means to improve patients'cardiopulmonary function,improve their activity ability and quality of life.Meanwhile Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)rehabilitation has a long history,and has the characteristics of simplicity,defecation,efficacy and affordability,emphasizing the combination of different therapies.In clinical work,it is important to give play to the advantages of TCM rehabilitation,organically combining traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,auricular-plaster therapy,traditional Chinese medicine techniques with modern cardiopulmonary rehabilitation techniques to build an integrative medical cardiopulmonary rehabilitation unit(IMCP-RU).It is briefly discussed in this essay the preliminary conception of building an IMCP-RU,layout,personnel requirements,work mode,and its future direction,exploring the rehabilitation service mode to giving play to the advantages of TCM.Researchers are exploring rehabilitation service models that are conducive to leveraging the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,optimizing processes,strengthening quality management,which are beneficial to the health of the general public.
