益气强心汤结合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的探讨益气强心汤结合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年7月接受治疗的140例CHF患者,根据随机抽签法将其分为观察组(n=70,益气强心汤结合美托洛尔治疗)和对照组(n=70,美托洛尔治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的72.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N-末端脑纳肽前体(NT-proBNP)、醛固酮(ALD)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胸闷胸痛、下肢水肿、气喘、口唇青紫评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气强心汤结合美托洛尔治疗CHF患者的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Qiangxin decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 140 patients with CHF who were treated from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=70,Yiqi Qiangxin decoction combined with metoprolol)and control group(n=70,metoprolol)according to the random lottery method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.43%,which was higher than 72.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),N-terminal-pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and aldosterone(ALD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest tightness chest pain,lower limb edema,asthma and lip cyanosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Qiangxin decoction combined with metoprolol has a significant effect in the treatment of CHF patients,which is worthy of promotion.
