摘要
目的探讨认知行为干预联合多媒体健康教育在内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年11月我院收治的90例ERCP患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施认知行为干预联合多媒体健康教育。比较两组的手术及康复指标、知识掌握情况、配合度及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组的手术操作时间、鼻胆管留置时间、术后首次下床时间、术后首次进食时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的ERCP认知、健康行为、饮食睡眠、术后康复掌握率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的配合度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预联合多媒体健康教育用于ERCP患者中可促进康复,提高知识掌握度、配合度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with multimedia health education in patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods A total of 90 patients with ERCP admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented cognitive behavioral intervention combined with multimedia health education on the basis of the control group.The operation and rehabilitation indexes,knowledge mastery,cooperation degree and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,nasobiliary indwelling time,first time to get out of bed after operation,first time to eat after operation and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mastery rate of ERCP cognition,health behavior,diet and sleep,and postoperative rehabilitation of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cooperation degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with multimedia health education applied in patients with ERCP can promote rehabilitation,improve knowledge mastery and cooperation degree,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
