流程再造护理对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿手术效率的影响

Effect of process reengineering nursing on operation efficiency of children with retinoblastoma

目的分析流程再造护理对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿手术效率的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月我院收治的82例视网膜母细胞瘤患儿,按照电脑盲选法将其分为对照组(n=41,常规手术室护理)和研究组(n=41,在对照组基础上开展流程再造护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的手术准备时长、手术时长及接送时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术中,两组的舒张压、收缩压以及心率均升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。进入手术室(T_(2))、麻醉诱导前(T_(3))及麻醉苏醒后(T4)时,研究组的改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表(m YPAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3 d后,研究组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程再造护理在视网膜母细胞瘤患儿中的应用效果显著,有利于提高手术效率,降低生理与心理应激反应,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of process reengineering nursing on the operation efficiency of children with retinoblastoma.Methods A total of 82 children with retinoblastoma admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=41,routine operating room nursing)and study group(n=41,process reengineering nursing on the basis of the control group)according to computer blind selection method.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation preparation time,operation time and delivery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the operation,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups increased,but those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).From entering the operating room(T_(2)),before anesthesia induction(T_(3))and after anesthesia recovery(T4),the Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(mYPAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 d after nursing,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The process reengineering nursing in children with retinoblastoma has significant application effect,which is beneficial to improve the operation efficiency,reduce the physiological and psychological stress response,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
