延续性4C护理在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果及对自我护理能力的影响

Application effect of continuous 4C nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy and its influence on self-care ability

目的探讨延续性4C护理在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者中的应用效果及对自我护理能力的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月我院收治的100例DR患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施延续性4C护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的视力下降率低于对照组,总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性4C护理在DR患者中的应用效果较好,可提高其自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous 4C nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and its influence on self-care ability.Methods A total of 100 DR patients admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous 4C nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)levels and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the visual acuity decline rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the total compliance rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous 4C nursing in DR patients has a better application effect,which can improve their self-care ability.
