摘要
目的探讨急诊护理流程优化对急性心肌梗死(AMI)抢救效果的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年9月本院收治的80例AMI患者,根据入院时间将其分为常规组(2020年4月至2020年12月,40例)和优化组(2021年1月至2021年9月,40例)。常规组接受常规急诊护理,优化组接受急诊护理流程优化。比较两组的护理效果。结果救治后,两组的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)及呼吸频率(RR)均降低,且优化组低于常规组(P<0.05)。优化组的分诊时间、急救时间、球囊扩张时间、心电图检查时间、静脉采血时间、住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。优化组的满意度为97.50%,高于常规组的85.00%(P<0.05)。优化组的复发率为5.00%,低于常规组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程优化用于AMI患者中可提高抢救效果、满意度,减少疾病复发。
Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing process optimization on rescue effect of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 80 AMI patients admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(from April 2020 to December 2020,40 cases)and optimization group(from January 2021 to September 2021,40 cases)according to admission time.The routine group received routine emergency nursing,and the optimization group received emergency nursing process optimization.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)of the two groups decreased,and those in the optimization group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The triage time,first aid time,balloon dilatation time,electrocardiogram examination time,venous blood collection time and hospitalization time of the optimization group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the optimization group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%of the routine group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the optimization group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing process optimization for AMI patients can improve rescue effect and satisfaction,and reduce disease recurrence.
