阶梯式心理护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果及对心理状态的影响

Application effect of stepwise psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer and its influence on psychological state

目的分析阶梯式心理护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的80例乳腺癌患者,按照护理措施的差异性将其分为参照组(n=41,常规护理)和试验组(n=39,常规护理+阶梯式心理护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组的总依从率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、偏执、精神病性以及人际关系敏感评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的行为自尊、外表自尊、社会自尊评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式心理护理可以改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,提高护理依从性及自尊水平。

Objective To analyze the application effect of stepwise psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into reference group(n=41,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=39,routine nursing+stepwise psychological nursing)according to the difference of nursing measure.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety,fear,depression,paranoia,psychosis and interpersonal sensitivity in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of behavioral self-esteem,appearance self-esteem and social self-esteem in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepwise psychological nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with breast cancer,and promote nursing compliance and self-esteem level.
