血清sST2检测在慢性心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的应用价值

Application value of serum sST2 detection in diagnosis and prognosis eval uation of chronic heart failure

目的:分析血清可溶性ST2(sST2)检测在慢性心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年4月至2022年4月东莞市石碣医院收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据疾病类型分为HF-PEF组(左心室射血分数保留型心力衰竭,n=30)和HF-REF组(左心室射血分数降低型心力衰竭,n=30)。选择同时期心功能正常的患者30例作为参考组。三组均进行sST2、EF检测。对比三组的sST2水平、EF值,对比HF-PEF组和HF-REF组的心血管事件发生率。结果:HF-PEF组的sST2水平低于HF-REF组,EF值高于HF-REF组(P<0.05)。HF-PEF组的sST2水平高于参考组,EF值低于参考组(P<0.05)。HF-PEF组的各项心血管事件发生率均低于HF-REF组(P<0.05)。结论:血清sST2检测在慢性心力衰竭诊断及预后评估中的应用价值较高,左心室射血分数保留型心力衰竭患者的sST2水平比心功能正常者高,比左心室射血分数降低型心力衰竭患者低。

Objective:To analyze the application value of serum soluble ST2(sST2)detection in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of chronic heart failure.Methods:60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Shijie Hospital of Dongguan City from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into HF-PEF group(left ventricular ejection fraction preservation heart failure,n=30)and HF-REF group(left ventricular ejection fraction reduction heart failure,n=30)according to disease types.Thirty patients with normal cardiac function at the same time were selected as the reference group.sST2 and EF were detected in all three groups.The sST2 level and EF value of the three groups were compared,and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the HF-PEF group and the HF-REF group were compared.Results:The sST2 level in HF-PEF group was lower than that in HFREF group,and the EF value was higher than that in HF-REF group(P<0.05).The sST2 level in HF-PEF group was higher than that in reference group,and the EF value was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular events in HFPEF group was lower than that in HF-REF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum sST2 detection is of high value in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of chronic heart failure.The sST2 level in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction preservation heart failure is higher than that in patients with normal heart function and lower than that in patients with low left ventricular ejection fraction heart failure.
