鼻内针刺联合益气通窍方治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of nasal acupuncture combined with Yiqitongqiao pr escription in the treatment of lung Qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis

目的:观察鼻内针刺联合益气通窍方对肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:对2021年1月至2022年6月在仪征市中医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的92例变应性鼻炎证属肺气虚寒型患者进行回顾性研究,按照治疗方法分为鼻内针刺联合益气通窍方组(简称针药组,46例)及常规西药组(简称常规组,46例),两组患者均治疗2周。比较治疗前后两组患者的鼻症状总分表(TNSS)评分、鼻部总症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及改良Lund-Kennedy(MLK)评分。结果:两组患者治疗后的VAS评分、各项TNSS评分及MLK总评分均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,针药组的VAS评分、TNSS总评分及TNSS评分中的鼻塞项目评分、MLK总评分及MLK评分中的分泌物和黏膜水肿项目评分均较常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的治疗总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内针刺联合益气通窍方可改善肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者的鼻部症状,值得临床推广运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intranasal acupuncture combined with Yiqitongqiao prescription on lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 92 patients with allergic rhinitis syndrome of lung qi deficiency and cold type who were treated in the Otolar yngology Department of Yiz heng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022.According to treatment methods,they were divided into intranasal acupuncture combined with Yiqi Tongqiao prescription group(referred to as acupuncture and drug group,46 cases)and conventional western medicine group(referred to as routine group,46 cases).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The nasal symptom Total Scale(TNSS)score,Visual analogue Scale(VAS)score and modified Lund-Kennedy(MLK)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:VAS scores,TNSS scores and MLK scores after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,VAS score,TNSS score,nasal congestion score in TNSS score,MLK score,secretion and mucosal edema score in MLK score in acupuncture and drug group were lower than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intranasal acupuncture combined with Yiqi can improve the nasal symptoms of patients with lung qi deficiency cold type allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
