广东海洋经济与海洋科技创新发展协调性研究——基于耦合协调度模型

Research on the Coordination of Guangdong Marine Economy and Marine Science and Technology Innovation Development:Based on the Coupling Coordination Model

通过构建广东省海洋经济发展、海洋科技创新以及新经济体系下海洋高质量发展评价指标体系,对广东省2007-2016年海洋经济发展与海洋科技创新的耦合协调度进行了实证分析。结果表明:海洋经济发展综合指数上下波动增长,海洋科技创新发展综合指数逐年增长;海洋科技创新在2011年之前发展滞后于海洋经济,于2015年领先于海洋经济;海洋经济与海洋科技创新的耦合协调度逐年增长,但始终没有达到高度协调。

We establishes an evaluation index system for marine economic development,marine technological innovation,and marine highquality development in Guangdong Province under the new economic system,and conducts an empirical analysis of the degree of coupling and coordination between marine economic development and marine technological innovation in Guangdong Province from 2007 to 2016.The result shows:the comprehensive index of marine economic development fluctuates up and down,the comprehensive index of marine technology innovation and development is increasing year by year;The development of marine technology innovation lags behind the marine economy before 2011,leading the development of marine economy in 2015.The degree of coupling and coordination between marine economy and marine technological innovation is increasing year by year,but it never reaches a high degree of coordination.
