基于传统民居原型传承的民宿设计研究——以大理环洱海地区为例

Homestay Design Based on the I n herita nce of Traditional Residential Prototypes:A Case Study of Erhai Lake Area Around Dali

要民居的活化与再生对乡村振兴具有重要的意义,如何基于本源性以传统民居原型为文化引领、以民居转型的民宿作为产业带动,助力乡村振兴是新时代建筑师的重要责任。以大理环洱海地区民居活化转型的民宿为例,在传统民居象征性及表象性传承发展的基础上,通过对传统民居的再解析,提出大理环洱海地区传统白族民居的四种形制原型,并通过相关民宿案例对象解析,梳理民居活化再生为民宿的演变特征,以此提出基于传统民居原型传承的民宿设计策略,为传统民居活化与再生提供更多思路。

The revitalization and regeneration of rural residences have important significance for rural revitalization.It is an important responsibility of architects in the new era to use traditional residential prototypes as cultural guidance and transform them into homestays as an industrial driver.Taking the transformation of traditional residential buildings into homestays in the Dali Erhai Lake area as an example,based on the symbolic and superficial inheritance and development of traditional residential buildings,four prototype forms of traditional Bai ethnic residential buildings in the Dali Erhai Lake area are proposed through a re-analysis of traditional residential buildings.By analyzing relevant homestay case studies,the evolution characteristics of residential revitalization and regeneration into homestays are summarized,and a homestay design strategy based on the inheritance of traditional residential prototypes is proposed,so as to provide more ideas for the revitalization and regeneration of traditional residences.
