基于数据赋能的社会智慧治理新模式探索——以“智慧沧州”微信小程序为例

An Exploration of a New Model of Social Smart Governance Based on Data Empowerment——Taking the“Smart Cangzhou”WeChat Applet as an Example

作为河北省新型智慧城市建设试点城市,沧州市积极探索数据赋能社会治理的新路径,在组织体制、工作机制、统筹规划、宏观部署、项目建设等方面取得了重要突破,形成了智慧沧州建设新模式。依托“智慧沧州”微信小程序等平台,构建了“云服务+大数据+网格化”三位一体的线上线下相结合的社区防控体系,实现了信息化手段与政务网的深度融合。该模式有力推动了社会治理能力的提升,让城市治理更精准、更迅速、更实效。

As a pilot city for the construction of a new smart city in Hebei Province,Cangzhou City has actively explored a new path of data enabled social governance,made important breakthroughs in organizational system,working mechanism,overall planning,macro deployment,and project construction,and formed a new model for the construction of smart Cangzhou.An online and offline community prevention and control system integrating“cloud service+Big data+grid”was built based on the“Smart Cangzhou”WeChat applet and other platforms,realizing the deep integration of information means and government network.This model has effectively improved social governance capacity,making urban governance more accurate,faster,and effective.
