摘要
复合型研究生人才培养模式是理想人才类型的当下表征,它旨在培养鲜活有灵魂的生命存在。强化多元主体参与人才培养,优化管理制度,鼓励导师协同合作,完善激励措施,这一系列基于平台建设的相关制度构建了以高校内部保障为主、内外融合的复合型人才培养的保障机制。健全传播学复合型研究生人才培养的保障机制,能满足学生成人与成才的双重需求。
The training modeof interdisciplinary postgraduates is the current representation of an ideal type of talents,aiming to cultivate a living soul.Strengthen the participation of multiple subjects in talent training.A series of related systems based on platform construction,such as strengthening the participation of multiple subjects in talent training,optimizing management system,encouraging advisors to cooperate,and improving incentive measures,constitutes a guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,which is mainly based on internal guarantee of the university and integrates favorite conditions inside and outside.Improving the guarantee mechanism for the cultivation of interdisciplinary postgraduate students of communication major meets students’dual needs for self-improvement and personal success.
