摘要
使用透明聚合物包装的食品在流通过程中易受到紫外线的影响而发生氧化反应,而具有抗紫外功能的聚合物包装材料可以有效解决该问题。添加紫外光助剂是提高聚合物抗紫外性能的方法之一。介绍了有机紫外吸收剂、无机紫外遮蔽剂在聚合物中的应用情况,总结了其在应用过程中的优势及缺陷。结合有机紫外吸收剂容易迁移,聚合物的抗紫外能力下降的问题,叙述了配位改性、无机材料复配改性和化学接枝改性等常见的改善方案。结合无机紫外吸收剂分散性较差的问题,阐述了使用硅烷偶联剂改性的方法。最后,介绍了新型紫外光助剂即稀土转光剂的研究进展及发展前景,为制备透明抗紫外聚合物包装材料提供了参考,也为食品的长期储存提供了解决方案。
In the process of circulation,the photosensitive foods with transparent packaging is easy to be oxidized,due to the irradiation of ultraviolet light.However,this problem can be effectively solved by the UV-resistance packaging materials.Adding UV additives is a simple and easy way to prepare anti-UV packaging materials.Thus,the application of organic UV absorbents and inorganic UV shielding agents in polymers is introduced.Then,the deficiencies of commonly used UV additives in food packaging are summarized.In order to solve the problem that easy migration of organic UV absorbent weakens the anti-UV ability of polymer,some common improvement schemes such as coordination modification,compound modification of inorganic materials and chemical grafting modification are described.In order to solve the problem of poor dispersibility of inorganic UV shielding agents,the modification method using silane coupling agents is described.Furthermore,the research status and development prospect of rare earth light transfer agents as new UV additives were analyzed.This paper provides a reference for preparing anti-UV food packaging and a solution for long-term food storage.
