摘要
近些年,“出行即服务(MaaS)”模式的兴起在国内外引发高度关注。全球已有数十个稳定运行多年的项目分布在欧洲、亚洲和北美地区。我国开展相关项目建设相对较晚,正处在发展起步期,面临认识不到位、资源整合难、基础环境弱、吸引力不强等突出挑战。通过加强顶层设计、消除制约因素、创新服务功能以及与智能交通协同发展,可以全方位有序推动“出行即服务”模式发展建设。
In recent years,the concept of"Mobility-as-a-Service(MaaS)"has attracted great attention across the globe.Dozens of projects have been running for years in Europe,Asia and North America.So far,China is relatively late in exploring MaaS related projects and is still in a preliminary stage of development.There are some critical challenges in China such as inadequate understanding of MaaS,difficulty in the integration of transport services,immature environment,and lack of sufficient user demand.It is suggested to promote further development of MaaS by strengthening macro-level planning,eliminating restrictive factors,exploring innovative service models,and coordinating development with intelligent transportation system.
