安全遵守行为与安全参与行为内涵及维度研究

Study on the Connotation and Dimension of Safety Compliance and Safety Participation

目前对安全遵守行为和安全参与行为的内涵尚不明确,甚至混淆这两种行为。为区分安全遵守行为与安全参与行为,对比、分析、归纳国内外文献,从四个方面分析了安全遵守行为和安全参与行为的定义,将安全遵守行为划分为履行安全生产责任、遵守安全生产纪律、遵守安全操作流程、遵守安全操作规范、以安全的方式开展工作五类,将安全参与行为划分为帮助、关照、公民美德、检举、建言、发起变更六类,其中前四种行为属于亲社会的安全参与行为,后两种行为属于积极主动的安全参与行为。从“责任-义务”、“自己-他人”、“现存-更好”三个维度区分了安全遵守行为和安全参与行为。

At present,the connotation of safety compliance and safety participation is not clear,and even be confused.By comparing,analyzing,and summarizing literature,the definition of safety compliance and safety participation is analyzed from four aspects,and the safety compliance is divided into fulfilling safety production responsibilities,observing safety production disciplines,observing safety procedures,observing safety specifications and carry out work in a safe manner.Safety participation is divided into prosocial safety participation and proactive safety participation.We define safety compliance and safety participation from three dimensions:"responsibility-duty","self-other"and"existing-better".
