摘要
在公路工程建设过程中,施工分包市场额度较大,加强对施工分包市场管理意义重大。本文利用扎根理论对公路工程施工分包市场进行研究,通过网络查阅、文献研究、专家访谈等多途径收集基础数据,并对其进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码分析,构建了公路工程施工分包市场影响因素理论模型,并从主体行为因素、客观法规因素、市场环境因素、反馈评价因素四个维度对公路工程施工分包市场存在的问题进行研究,提出分包市场规范化发展的建议。
In the process of highway engineering construction,the amount of construction subcontracting market is large,and it is significant to strengthen the management of construction subcontracting market.This paper researches the road engineering construction subcontracting market by using grounded theory,collects basic data through multiple ways such as network review,literature research and expert interview,and analyzes its open coding,spindle coding and selective coding at three levels,constructs a theoretical model of factors influencing the road engineering construction subcontracting market,and from subject behavior factors,objective regulation factors,market environment factors,feedback evaluation factors four dimensions to study the problems of highway construction subcontracting market and put forward suggestions for the standardized development of subcontracting market.
