上海市域快轨崇明线票价策略研究

On the Fare Strategy of Shanghai Urban Rapid Rail Transit Chongming Line

上海市轨道交通崇明线是上海新建市域快速轨道交通线路之一,研究线路票价策略有利于满足客流出行需求、提高运营效率、减轻政府财政支出负担。首先,本文分析了上海轨道交通票价现状与崇明线特征,认为该线路在功能定位、技术特征和客流出行特征等方面与中心城区轨道交通线路差异较大,不宜选用现行轨道交通票价水平。其次,面向崇明线潜在客流,设计调查问卷,采集并分析乘客出行行为及票价接受度信息。结果表明,客流特征差异化明显,出行需求呈现多样性,以乘客票价可接受程度为导向的合理票价率区间为0.31-0.33元/km。最后,从票价水平、票种方案、优惠策略三个方面提出崇明线定价建议。

The Shanghai Rail Transit Chongming Line is one of the new urban rapid rail transit lines in Shanghai.The study of the line fare strategy is conducive to meeting the passenger demand,improving operational efficiency,and reducing the financial burden of government.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status of Shanghai rail transit fares and the characteristics of Chongming Line.It is believed that this line is quite different from the central urban rail transit lines in terms of functional positioning,technical characteristics and passenger flow characteristics,therefore,it’s not appropriate to apply the existing rail transit fare level on it.Secondly,a questionnaire is designed to collect the data from the potential passenger flow of Chongming Line,which has covered the information on passenger travel behavior and fare acceptance.The results show that the characteristics of passenger flow are significantly different, and the travel demand is diverse. Meanwhile, basedon the passenger fare acceptance, it can be concluded that the reasonable fare rate range is 0.31-0.33 yuan/km. Finally, the paper also provides several practical suggestions on the pricing of Chongming Line from theaspects of fare level, ticket type scheme and preferential strategy.
