农村公路与农业产业结构耦合协调研究

Coordination Relationship Between Development of Rural Roads and Industrial Structure of Agriculture

为探究农村公路发展与农业产业结构升级的时空关系,研究乡村振兴实施前后农村公路发展对产业结构升级的影响,本文建立农村公路发展与农业产业结构升级的评价指标体系,并以张掖市为例,运用熵值法与AHP法对张掖市2011—2019年农村公路与农业产业结构升级指标体系进行综合赋权并进行耦合协调度计算,据此来描述张掖市农村公路与农业产业结构之间的耦合协调关系。结果表明:时间序列上,2011—2019年张掖市农村公路与农业产业结构升级之间处于高度耦合状态,协调度从2011年的中度失调状态逐渐发展到2019年的高度协调状态;空间序列上,张掖市整体耦合协调度水平处于中度协调状态,农业产业结构升级以甘州区为中心,县域联通公路为发展轴,呈点轴模式发展。

To explore the relationship between the development of rural roads and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,and the influence of implementation of rural revitalization.The evaluation index is established,and the entropy value method and AHP method are used to comprehensively assign weights to the index system in Zhangye,from 2011 to 2019.The coupling coordination degree is conducted to describe the coupling coordination relationship between rural roads and agricultural industry structure.The results show that,in the time series,the coupling between rural roads and upgrading of agricultural industry structure in Zhangye are in a high coupling state from 2011 to 2019,and the coordination degree gradually develops from a moderate disorder state in 2011 to a high coordination state in 2019.In the spatial series,the overall coupling coordination level in Zhangye at a moderate coordination state,and the upgrading of agricultural industry structure is centered on Ganzhou,with county linkage highway as the development axis,in a point-axis pattern.
