提升铁路供电接触网作业车节能及安全的策略与实现

摘要 开展电气化铁路接触网设备检修作业时,通常以1辆接触网作业车附挂1辆接触网平车组成车列开行,带动力的接触网作业车用于人员运输、提供高空作业平台、牵引接触网平车,不带动力的接触网平车用于料具储存、装载。在分析现有作业特点及安全隐患的基础上,研制了适用于不同接触网作业车车型的车载料具箱,代替接触网平车对料具进行储存、装载,实现接触网检修作业时开行1辆接触网作业车,减少对铁路运输的干扰,提高现场作业安全,以有效降低接触网作业车油耗、实现节能增效。 When carrying out overhaul work of overhead contact system equipment in electrified railway,one overhead contact system operation vehicle is usually attached with one overhead contact system flat car to form a train.The powered overhead contact system operation vehicle is used for personnel transportation,providing an aerial work platform and pulling the overhead contact system flat car,while the unpowered overhead contact system flat car is used for material storage and loading.On the basis of analyzing the existing operation characteristics and potential safety hazards,the paper develops the on-board material boxes suitable for different types of catenary operation vehicles,which can replace the catenary flat cars to store and load the materials,so as to realize the operation of one catenary operation vehicle during catenary maintenance operation,reduce the interference to railway transportation,improve the safety of field operation,effectively reduce the oil consumption of catenary operation vehicles,and realize energy saving and efficiency improvement.
