离子色谱检测自备井饮用水中4种阴离子的方法探究

摘要 为保障铁路旅客及职工的用水安全,监测铁路沿线自备井饮用水的水质,快速高效准确的提供检测数值,建立适应自备井饮用水中氟化物、氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐4种阴离子理化特点的离子色谱检测方法,方法相关系数r≥0.999,方法检出限0.004~0.047mg/L,定量下限为0.109~0.118 mg/L,样品平均加标回收率为99%~104%,样品批内精密度为0.00%~1.04%,样品批间精密度为0.02%~2.16%。该检测方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于铁路沿线自备井饮用水的日常测定和监测。 In order to ensure the water safety of railway passengers and workers,monitor the drinking water quality of self-prepared wells along the railway,provide detection values quickly,efficiently and accurately,and establish an ion chromatographic detection method suitable for the physical and chemical characteristics of fluoride,chloride,sulfate and nitrate in drinking water of self-prepared wells.The correlation coefficient of this method is r≥0.999,the detection limit of the method is 0.004~0.047 mg/L,the lower limit of quantification is 0.109~0.118 mg/L,and the average recovery rate of the sample is 99%~104%,the intra-sample precision is 0.00%~1.04%,and the inter-sample precision is 0.02%~2.16%.The detection method is easy to operate,accurate and reliable,and could be used for daily determination and testing of drinking water in self-provided wells along the railway.
