动车组乘客座椅舒适性调研分析

Investigation and Analysis of Passenger Seat Comfort of EMU

铁路动车组乘客座椅是与人体紧密接触时间较长的公共设施,为更好的了解旅客对动车组座椅物理尺寸舒适性的需求,根据《中国成年人人体尺寸》(GB 10000—1988)、《动车组乘客座椅》(TB/T3263—2011)等技术标准文件,以动车组二等车座椅为对象,调研分析旅客坐姿状态下的舒适性需求。结果表明,7项评价指标中旅客对座椅靠背高度、坐垫高度、坐垫深度满意度较高,对腰背支撑与颈部支撑的舒适性有了更高的需求,这一趋势为列车二等座椅的深度优化研究提供了参考。

The passenger seat of EMU is a public facility that has been in close contact with human body for a long time.In order to better understand the demand trend of passengers for the physical dimension comfort of EMU seats,according to the technical standard documents such as Human Dimensions of Chinese Adults(GB 10000—1988)and Passenger seat for powered car train-set(TB/T 3263—2011),the second-class seats of EMU are taken as the object to investigate and analyze the comfort demand of passengers in sitting posture.The results show that among the seven evaluation indexes,passengers have higher satisfaction with seat back height,cushion height and cushion depth,and have higher demand for the comfort of back support and neck support.This trend provides a reference for the depth optimization research of second-class train seats.
