摘要
为了提升舞蹈服装用聚氨酯胶粘剂的剥离强度和热稳定性,研究了分散液介质种类和聚氨酯中—NCO/—OH摩尔比(R值)对聚氨酯胶粘剂热物性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,聚氨酯胶粘剂预聚体在正丁醇中的分散造粒效果要优于在液体石蜡或者水中的分散造粒效果,正丁醇中的分散造粒得到的PPA3胶粘剂试样的玻璃化转变温度最小。随着R值从1.02增至1.48,聚氨酯胶粘剂的熔化温度和施胶温度都呈现逐渐上升的趋势;当R值为1.02和1.18时,聚氨酯胶粘剂的熔化温度不会随着存放时间发生明显变化;R值为1.18时,聚氨酯胶粘剂的剥离强度满足舞蹈服装用聚氨酯胶粘剂的使用要求。
In order to improve the peel strength and thermal stability of polyurethane adhesive for dancing clothes,the effects of the type of dispersion medium and the molar ratio of—NCO/—OH(R value)in polyurethane on the thermal and mechanical properties of polyurethane adhesive were studied.The results show that the dispersion granulation effect of polyurethane adhesive prepolymer in n-butanol is better than that in liquid paraffin or water,and the glass transition temperature of PPA3 adhesive sample obtained by dispersion granulation in n-butanol is the lowest.With the increase of R value from 1.02 to 1.48,the melting temperature and sizing temperature of polyurethane adhesive increase gradually;when R value=1.02 and 1.18,the melting temperature of polyurethane adhesive will not change significantly with the storage time;when R value=1.18,the peel strength of polyurethane adhesive meets the use requirements of polyurethane adhesive for dance clothing.
