物流环境对导电胶耐腐蚀与粘接强度性能影响研究

摘要 为了研究物流高温运输环境对导电胶耐腐蚀性能的影响,设计实验进行了相关研究。制备了导电胶样品,并在物流常温环境和物流高温运输环境下进行了实验,通过对导电胶的导电性、粘接强度和表征结构3个方面进行量化分析,可以反映导电胶的耐腐蚀性能,导电性和粘接强度越好,表征结构越紧密,说明导电胶的耐腐蚀性能越强。通过对比2种导电胶样品可知,在物流运输环境下制备的样品的电阻率和粘接强度均有所下降,导电胶内部的粒子密度也明显降低。表明物流高温运输环境对导电胶的耐腐蚀性能具有负面影响。 In order to study the impact of logistics high-temperature transportation environment on the corrosion resistance of conductive adhesives,this article conducted relevant research through designed experiments.We prepared conductive adhesive samples,and conducted experiments in both normal temperature and high-temperature transportation environments.By quantitatively analyzing the conductivity,bonding strength,and characterization structure of conductive adhesives,the corrosion resistance performance of conductive adhesives can be reflected.The better the conductivity and bonding strength,the closer the characterization structure,indicating the stronger the corrosion resistance of the conductive adhesive.By comparing two types of conductive adhesive samples,it can be seen that the resistivity and bonding strength of the samples prepared in the logistics and transportation environment have decreased,and the particle density inside the conductive adhesive has also significantly decreased.Therefore,it can be concluded that the high-temperature transportation environment of logistics has a negative impact on the corrosion resistance of conductive adhesives.
