摘要
为有效提高混凝土的力学性能和抗裂性能,控制混凝土开裂,将玄武岩纤维和钙镁膨胀剂掺入混凝土中,以提高抗拉强度,限制收缩变形。开展不同掺量的纤维、膨胀剂对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响,研究混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗弯强度力学试验,并从微观结构分析抗裂性能及力学提高机理。结果表明:当玄武岩石纤维质量分数为1%,膨胀剂质量分数为7%时,可有效提高混凝土的抗裂和力学性能。
In order to effectively improve the mechanical properties and crack resistance of concrete and control the cracking of concrete,basalt fiber and calcium magnesium expansion agent were added into concrete to improve the tensile strength and limit the shrinkage deformation.The effect of different amounts of fibers and expanders on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete was studied,the mechanical tests of concrete such as compressive,tensile and flexural resistance were applied,and the crack resistance and mechanical improvement mechanism from microstructure by scanning electron microscope were analyzed.The results showed that when the fiber content was 1%and the expansion agent dosage was 7%,the compressive strength and crack resistance of concrete were effectively enhanced.
