肝转移性神经内分泌肿瘤血供丰富,超声造影能实时、动态显示其组织血流灌注特点。超声造影可以为肝转移性神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断提供参考,为鉴别诊断其与肝原发性良性、恶性肿瘤和其他肝转移性肿瘤提供依据,提高超声诊断效能。

Metastatic hepatic neuroendocrine neoplasm have rich blood supply;so contrast-enhanced ultrasound can display the characteristics of tissue blood perfusion in real time and dynamically,and can provide reference for the diagnosis of metastatic hepatic neuroendocrine and a basis for the differential diagnosis of metastatic hepatic neuroendocrine from primary benign and malignant liver tumors and other liver metastatic tumors,thus improving the efficiency of ultrasound diagnosis.
