乡村振兴视阈下乡风文明建设研究——基于对恩施州乡风文明建设的实证分析

乡风文明是乡村振兴的题中之义,为乡村振兴铸基塑魂。作为脱贫攻坚主战场的恩施州,通过深入推进乡风文明建设,助力当地脱贫摘帽,推进脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴有效衔接,并形成可复制、可推广的典型经验。当前,乡风文明建设在实施中仍存在形式和内容融合不够、可持续性不够等现实困境。新时代提升乡风文明建设质效,要坚持党建引领,增强形式和内容融合性;激发群众参与,增强建设可持续性;拓展成果转化,增强典型榜样示范性;强化村民自治,增强基层治理实效性;塑造一村一韵,增强乡风文明品牌性。

Rural civilization is the essence of rural revitalization,casting the foundation and soul for rural revitalization.Enshi as the main battlefield of poverty alleviation,promoted the construction of rural civilization,assisted local poverty alleviation,promoted effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and formed typical experiences that can be replicated and promoted.At present,there are still practical dilemma in the implementation of rural civilization construction,such as insufficient integration of form and content,and insufficient sustainability.In the new era,we should adhere to the guidance of party building and enhance the integration of form and content;Stimulate public participation and enhance the sustainability of construction;Expand the transformation of achievements and enhance the exemplary nature of typical examples;Strengthen villagers'autonomy and enhance the effectiveness of grass-roots governance;Shape differentiated villages,and enhance the brand of rural civilization in order to improve the quality and efficiency of rural civilization.
